Sales Executive Required - UK North, M62 Corridor OR Midlands

ACT is a leading manufacturer of electronic Access Control, Video Management Systems and Cloud based Workforce Management solutions. We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Executive based on the M62 Corridor or Midlands. An attractive package is available to the right candidate including Basic Salary + Bonus + Commission + Car Allowance.

 

As a result of the company’s continuing expansion plans and commitment to growing our UK market share we are looking to engage a highly motivated individual who is keen further his/ her career in sales.

 

Reporting to the National Sales Manager and supported by a first class technical team, you will be expected to manage the sales process from start to finish and promote the full suite of ACT products. Calling upon a network of System Integrators and Installation companies, you will be responsible for identifying areas where the business can grow. You will also maintain and build relationships with ACT channel partners as well as maintaining a thorough knowledge of the market and competitors.

 

The Candidate;

This is very much a frontline sales role and therefore, you will be a natural forward planner who critically assesses your own performance. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales career, so you must be credible, and comfortable in dealing with both internal and external contacts and discussing technical concepts. You will be reliable, loyal, determined to succeed with excellent communication skills.

 

The successful candidate will ideally have a 3rd level qualification (not essential) in a technical or business related discipline. You must have a proven record of success in a Business Development role. Ideally you will have good experience of the security industry, however whilst advantageous, it is not essential.
