ACT is expanding its management team and is currently in the market for a highly motivated, ambitious Technical Support and Training Manager.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated their abilities in the areas of team leadership, IP networks, SQL database. He / she will have a proven track record in the installation and maintenance of standalone and integrated security systems. He / she will have managed and developed a technical team and they will also have the ability to design and deliver training manuals. The successful candidate will hold a third level technical qualification.
The ideal candidate will have a flair for dealing with people. He / she will be innovative in their thinking and self-motivated and energetic. It is likely you will have relevant security industry experience in the following roles, Installation / maintenance engineer, support engineer, product management.
